How are referrals tracked?

Purchases are attributed through your personal referral link and, where offered, your coupon code.

What is the Refer-a-Friend program?

Refer a Friend lets MACHau customers recommend MACHau to friends and get rewarded when qualifying purchases are made through their referral.

Who can participate in Refer-a-Friend?

MACHau customers can participate, subject to the current Refer-a-Friend terms.

When are rewards or commissions paid?

Payments follow the current program terms, including any minimum payout and holding period.

What happens if an order is cancelled or returned?

Commissions and rewards apply only to qualifying purchases. Cancelled or returned orders usually do not qualify, as set out in the program terms.
